First of all, the staff at Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, & Thyme San Jose (PSRT) sight were a DREAM to work with throughout the entire process ... most especially Paige on-site, and Gemma in sales! They did the utmost possible with the space available, making the space look truly festive and elegant. They were TRUE problem-solvers, and were eager at each and every turn to offer their assistance and oversight. Their timing couldn't have been better. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS, and all of our guests RAVED about it. Our event needed flavors and freshness, while also dedication to health-conscious ingredients and organic products. The chefs knocked it out of the park. Thirdly they are much more than caterers. They really think like event planers, and are connected with florists, furniture rental companies, balloon arrangers, and live entertainment specialists. If you planning an event and need catering in the San Jose are and are considering working with PSRT ... I say: don't walk -- RUN! These guys are, in every sense, the best.

Pity there are not 6 Stars. If there were, PSRT would receive 6 Stars from me! PSRT catered an outdoor wedding for us in July, 2017. The event was held at Gamble Gardens in Palo Alto. This being my first ever use of a catering company, I was definitely a nervous, uncertain, high maintenance client. Shannon, Gemma and Debbie were true Pros. With lots of hand-holding they guided me through the process. Gemma was patient, flexible, courteous, empathetic, creative and above all, very knowledgeable. When the estimate came in over budget, she worked with me to make the numbers come in to budget. Debbie, a co-owner met us on-site ahead of the event to plan and coordinate for the day of the event. PSRT did more than the catering; they provided and set up the chairs for the ceremony, coordinated the arrival of the cake, set up the tables and placed the flowers and much, much more. Not to mention, the buffet dinner was superb. The food was excellent. I have received many compliments from our guests. The wedding and reception was utterly perfect. Thank you so much PSRT for making the day a truly memorable one for us and our guests. When we need catering again, it will definitely be PSRT!!!
