Wow - they turned away work to save me money! They researched an issue and let me know that the manufacture would cover the repair under a \Service Bulletin\. This meant I could take the vehicle to the dealer, mention the service bulletin, and the dealer would repair it at not cost to me. This built a great deal of trust. This kind of customer service is near impossible to find. Highly recommend this team. Customer service was outstanding. The were open, honest, and knowledgeable about the issues.

My alternator was going out on a Saturday, but I wasn’t able to call Renson until Monday morning. Monday morning came and I called first thing in the morning, they said bring it in ASAP and they would do their best to give the car back ASAP. Once again Renson came to the rescue and had my car ready and driving by 5 pm! In almost the 10 years that I’ve been seeing them they have always gone above and beyond in doing the best possible to give me a quick turnaround and keep in mind my budget. Thank you for taking care of me and my cars !

Pretty bad place I have to say. As a mechanic I wanted to see what services they provide just to get an idea on how they scam people. First they charge you for a check up, A CHECK UP, which should definitely not be charge. That’s the first scam there. Second they make sure they break something first that is easily repairable but will overcharge you for labor and parts. Lastly they’ll recommend you to fix something else that is completely fine. Whatever it is, I’d suggest you check it yourself before deciding if you want them to flush any fluids out.

Everyone I talked to at renson was super helpful and they never once tried to make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Some mechanics don't really listen to what you think, I felt like they listened to me and collaborated to make the whole process extremely smooth.
