The once famous root beer float is very poor and tasteless. The fake beef is infamously poor. Sad that A&W seems to have lost it's way.

Whoah never been to Campbell River but I like the soup so here we are. Remember that it takes good friends to eat good portion sizes
Order was short a burger but didn't realize until i got home. Followed up with them online and they forwarded a couple of coupons for the mistake. Good service!

Absolutely horrible customer service, wait times are unreal.. seems they care more about appearance than being productive.. An after the LONG wait food was cold an tossed together.. last time I will go to this location
