Excellent service! We were desperately looking for a spare on a Friday afternoon after another place in town let us down and said they couldn't fix it after having the tire for a whole week. After calling every place in town, these guys offered to LEND us a spare over the weekend so we could go out hunting if they couldn't fix it. Turns out it was repairable and they fixed it on the spot. Never hurts to get a 2nd opinion! We were so impressed with the service we bought our snow tires there this past December.

Worked very hard to get the job done. I would go here over any shop in Campbell River. They go above and beyond. Even went on a ride along with me to see what my issue was. Very happy

What a terrible experience I had at Fountain Tire! I booked my car to get my brakes done, new tires, oil change, headlights, and a new battery. They had booked me in for 11, and when I arrived they said the appointment was actually at 1:00. Ok no biggie. Im from Cortes, and was only in town to have my car fixed so when I hadn't heard from them by 3:30 I phoned to see where they were at. They told me they weren't able to get the lock nuts off my tires, and didn't want to start until they got a hold of me! They had not started anything, and never called! They didn't have my tires in, and when I asked if they would be able to AT LEAST get my brakes done today or if I would have to spend the night in town, they said that they MIGHT have time to squeeze me in tomorrow. Meanwhile, my car had been there all day and nothing had been done! I decided to just take my car and go, and they seemed to take forever just writing up my bill and \finishing\ the oil change which they had told me was done a hour before when I phoned. I lost a day of work, a trip to town, ferry costs, and all I got was an oil change for 137.00. The manager was super rude too. Brutal.
