Hermosa is such a gem in Campbell River. Such a beautiful store, with an incredible selection. Everything is way too tempting! I recommend this store to everyone
They do not serve drinks like the lounge part suggests. They definitely have lingerie but this is a store and not a dance club so don't pre drink unless you are really shy. The staff are wonderful so I would still tip them, the only cups are bras so I am unsure what kind of lounge this is but you should definitely shop here for lingerie.

This store and the owner, Wendy, are both incredible. The selection is great, from intimates to casual wear, there is something for everybody, in every price range, and every body type. Fair warning - you will want to buy everything in the store! I'm beyond thrilled with every experience I've had here, and so happy such a store exists in town. I was happily surprised at prices of everything I looked at, as well as the quality. Wendy offered some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. She was friendly, polite and overall great to deal with. Wendy helped me pick a few items I wouldn't have normally chosen, and I fell in love with them once I tried them on. She also helped me choose better sizing to suit my body type, as I was way off. It was probably the most comfortable clothing shopping experience I've had, which says a lot since I hate shopping for clothes. 5 stars, I recommend this store to everybody and will continue to return and support this wonderful local gem!
