The folks at Izco are like my right arm! Last week, I had the misfortune of spilling coffee on my laptop. I brought it in and they immediately restored my data. The computer itself was toast, but they promptly set me up with everything I needed. Friendly professional service!

Excellent service! I shared the computer needs we had at our office and they promptly got back to me with options and quoted pricing. They took care of everything with the installation of the hardware, including download of all software and moving all the files. The quality of the hardware was far superior to what is available at electronic stores for very similar pricing. Great to have this quality of support from a local company.

The service was exceptional. I brought my damaged computer in on the Friday before a long weekend and because I was from out of town, they worked on it through the weekend to save much of my data before I had to leave Campbell River. This company went well beyond good service. I would highly recommend it to anyone

Was very disappointed with this place. When I called to see how long it would take I was told about 1 hour. I use my computer for my bookings and waited all day for a call from them. I finally called to see if my computer was ready at the end of the day and they told me they wouldn't be working on it for another day. I went back before they closed to pick up my computer and take it somewhere else and they gave me someone else's compute to take home. Be careful with these guys they don't appear to beware as to what they are doing or saying.

Excellent customer service. Recently, my computer would not start and the IZCO team stayed open late to allow me to drop off the system for repair. They made my laptop issue a priority and looked at it the following day. I would highly recommend IZCO for your technology trouble shooting needs.

I made the mistake of trying to run El Capitan on my Mac Mini that had only 2 GB of RAM. Needless to say, this resulted in a lot of frustration, swearing, and staring at the spinning rainbow beach ball. After getting completely fed up, I brought the Mac Mini to IZCO so they could upgrade it to 8 GB of RAM. I've only been using my upgraded system for an hour since picking it up, and I am already completely thrilled with how much better it runs. I haven't seen the rainbow beach ball once. IZCO did a great job, and have very fair prices. I will also add that they ended up having to spend a lot longer with my computer than they originally thought since one of the RAM sticks they ordered turned out to be faulty. However, in spite of all the extra time it took, they did not charge me extra than the amount originally quoted. It's great to know that I will be able to access such reliable and cost-effective computer repair in Campbell River. Thanks again, IZCO!
