We have been getting RBC statements for the previous owner. FOR 1O MONTHS! Giving statements to the business they own and asking them to change their address. For the past few months I have been returning to sender. Yesterday I got more. I tried phoning the branch and without an account I can't get through.

After questioning why I was paying a large fee for paying my bills on line the teller explained how to avoid this charge and actually refunded the charges believing I had not been informed properly of this type of charge on this account. The teller was very helpful and it was really nice to have a bank treat you so fairly.
Made several attempts to 1) open an account business and personal as a walk-in , told flat out , no explanation . I would have to book ahead for appointment . So phoned , explaining I would traveling ,cross province and only in town those given days. Sorry would this day work ( two days after our scheduled trip , and two weeks away . Oh and they can't be the same same appointment for Business and Personal.... ??? Time for RBC to catch up with the Times.. Re-visit Business Management, read re: Customer service... YOU NEED CUSTOMERS TO BE IN BUSINESS!
I am forced to bank at a location more than 90 km from where I live. This is difficult at the best of times. I have now spent more than 40 minutes on hold and all I need/want to do is book an appointment. I am so freaking frustrated right now!
Zero customer service, long wait times with 5 staff stood around talking.
Can't call the branch and talk to anyone without a huge wait to talk to an advisor. Doesn't work with a cell phone.
