This building has and is being nicely renovated the apartments are spacious and the new owners have been thorough, in making it a family and pet-friendly place. It has become an attractive place to reside and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rents are manageable I would recommend this building for Seniors as well.
My parents live here and I find it very nice, clean and reasonalbly quiet. The owners try their best to get repairs done in a timely manner.
