Seeing all of the positive reviews here makes me think our experience was out of character for this team. I know that Deanna was holding down the fort for everyone else while she was working on our sale, so maybe that accounts for it, but we got very little feedback on our viewings, we got some bad news on a deal falling through via text, we felt a little on our own in terms of working out a sale price, and we had very little contact after the sale was done. I've sold several homes before and usually the realtor comes by on closing day, maybe with a thank you, a parting gift, pick up the keys, something, but all we got was a text a few days before. Our realtor on the other end was so attentive that it was a very clear contrast.
