The store itself is very nice. However there is a staff member that works at this store who really stands out amongst the other team members. She is what I'm going to refer to as a Bad Apple! She's been working there for years and quite frankly her customer service is extremely poor. Her poor attitude really brings the store down. However, as another local business owner I realize how hard it can be to find staff these days. But once again this individual really brings down my experience. I almost don't want to order a sandwich when I know this person has the potential to take my order. It is borderline uncomfortable and I almost feel like I'm doing something wrong when I'm asking for what I would like on the sandwich! Once again this store is good and I still recommend that the public uses this location 100%. I do not want this staff member to affect the franchisees business and that is why I still recommend the store. Be very careful of this lady she is extremely grumpy and definitely stands out from the other staff members!

Food is good , customer service is lacking from time to time but considering they do handle some rude customers it's understandable. Would like to see more options when it comes to meals , like spicy buffalo chicken etc
