Disgustingly unprofessional. She was unwilling to answer questions, she would respond with remarks such as "sigh" when asked to do her job. And after she didn't follow through with my assessment, she had the nerve to block me after I said I wasn't comfortable sending money without confirmation. I would give her 1 less star then this if I could.
