I bought a wood stove (used) that this company had sold, serviced and removed for the customer. Customer I purchased from said they had told him they would instal it for me and I could get it installed and insured. When I looked at the stove, the UL label (required for insurance) had been removed by them when they removed the stove. I called them and asked them to install it and another stove for me and if I could get the UL number or serial number, or anything so I could get it insured. They would not give me the UL number, serial number or anything else in order for me to get insured, thus, my purchase from their customer was a waste of money. Always told the boss would call me back... never happened. I would never do business with what I consider a dishonest Co with poor business practice
Awesome service, super helpful staff.
Repair guy was super rude to my wife on a repair caĺl. There's still and issue unresolved and rather then have to deal with them again i would sooner have a non working unit. Loom for an alternate supplier !
