Our clock needed a cleaning and adjustments. He did the cleaning just fine, the clock was running again, but he seemed to have trouble making adjustments for smoother operation. We took it back a second time, and after picking it up again the problem was worse. At this point, he stopped answering my calls and wouldn't respond to my emails, so we took our business elsewhere. I found this strange, given the fact that his website states \All work Guaranteed.\ He didn't seem to want to share details of what he repaired and cleaned when asked. I got the feeling he couldn't wait to hand it back and go back in the house. We probably will not recommend him , mainly due to poor customer service.
