Well, it's been a month since I received my tracking #. I called up a month ago to learn more about the product, had a great conversation with Brent, and I was assured the mat would ship within a couple days. Since then, it's been multiple conversations (I think I'm up to 5 or 6) about it's the manufacturers fault, it's UPS's fault, etc, we're going to ship it on this day, we're going to ship it on that day, over and over. I keep getting the hard sell that "we're going viral", "It's the best mat ever produced in history" like it's a cure for cancer and it's starting to get over the top frustrating. Even if this mat makes me a scratch golfer over night, it means absolutely nothing because they can't seem to figure out how to operate and get it to me. Every time Brent needs to "talk with the gal in the shipping department" to figure things out. I would highly suggest letting the phone calls go to the shipping department if they have all the answers. Please no more, "I guarantee you", "I promise you", "I'll call you back", responses all while placing an order at the McDonalds drive through for a fish sandwich and a sprite (this really happened). My frustration isn't the time waiting for the product. If I would have been told "hey, it's gonna be a month dude because we're slammed", I would have said no problem. It's all the constant broken promises that are driving me mad. Take it for what it's worth. Brent seems like a very, very nice guy and I was sad that I finally had to start to insist on that it ships or I want a refund. I'm sure it's a great product if you can actually get it to your house but I'm cancelling my order unless something magical happens or this is made right. Until then, my 1 star review (there isn't an option for 0 stars) is going to remain in place on the place were I can leave reviews and warn others to buy with SERIOUS CAUTION.
