Way too many politics from within, starting at the top. Every driver will tell you this. Suppossed to be non profit. They gouge odsp charging them double what it should cost in order to pay the office staff. As far as im concerned, a real non profit wouldnt take advantage of those in need. Very little oversight. A nightmare trying to find an outlet to make a complaint.
