Had a great experience at Campbelltown Private. The nurses were extremely caring and professional. The head recovery nurse wheeled me straight to my car after surgery in the pouring rain. I would definitely return to this hospital.

Not recommended I had a surgery couple of weeks back which required overnight stay. There are not enough parking spaces for this hospital and we had to walk a long way to get to the hospital.Even visitor parking is ridiculous. I was told that most of the rooms are private and will most likely get a private room but was moved into a shared room post surgery. It is not what you expect having a gold cover insurance and opting treatment at a private hospital. The hospital felt like understaffed and lacking a management order. The room which I was allocated was close to nursing bay which always kept buzzing. Couldn’t sleep at all. Somehow wanted to get out of the hospital. Nurses were knowledgeable and the surgery went smoothly. Only chose this hospital because of my doctor. Will never go there again.Avoid it if you have a choice.
I was admitted at the hospital on friday and discharged yesterday, best nurses they cared for me as if i was one of they own family members,i was admitted in room 255,food staff was excellent and food was as hotel quality.i just wanna say thank you to all surgical staff and good bless all of you.
Had a bad experience after my operation/stay here on 22 June 20. This was the first time I had to stay over from major surgery (3 nights) and I was scared. Firstly, I was never advised that I would be sharing a room when I requested a private room. The form stated if it was not available I would be advised. This did not occur, person was just wheeled into my room a couple of hours after my procedure. Felt so embarassed sharing a room after the operation that I had just undertaken especially seeing it was during strict regulations of COVID, and we had to share a bathroom. Staff were friendly, but I felt I had more communication from the trainee staff. To me it was not worth the money that I paid for private. I now know for my first major surgery the lack of information I received about what to expect look out for at home was lacking. I received better care in Campbelltown Hospital where I ended up a week later after my stay here, after severe bleeding, haemtomas and infection. I also for once didnt receive there survey about my experience which was weird, as I have for other day procedures here. Its a shame as all other day procedures I have had here were were great, but I will be thinking twice if I have to have a major operation again whether I come back here and stay over night.
A very nice hospital with street parking available or approx 12 minutes walk from Macarthur train station. Hospital is clean and well presented.
I went in for day surgery today. It was a lovely experience. My admission went perfectly and timeously. All teams work hard and fast. Food was good. Have to commend a student nurse called Ruby. Kind and so helpful all the way. Thank u Campbell Town Private. I shall recommend you to my doctors friend and family. Cheryl Naidoo
Fantastic place with wonderful staff and facilities. Dr Earl Abraham and and the nurses are so dedicated in doing the best.
I was here on 18/9/20 for day surgery. I just want to say a big thankyou to all the staff from when I first walked in to the end. Everyone was so friendly and it's so refreshing to see during this terrible pandemic. You are all doing a terrific job.
