We liked their plans and chose one of them. They were initially very cooperative. Apart from quickly bumping up the cost by 50K with upgrades which is common to most builders, things turned dark very quickly when they asked us to skip my real estate agent (so that builder don't have to pay commission). We were against that and they turned their back on us. Next day we received a call that plan/plot we chose is no longer available. Not at all professional!

We have never been compelled to write a positive review for any company. However, After working with Campo Brothers to build our new Birchwood I, our experience was overwhelmingly positive, so we wanted to share it to show our gratitude. It can be a bit intimidating going into contract for a new construction, but with the support of the Campo team, my experience could not have been any smoother and flawless. Mr Jack Campo is a kind man willing to go above and beyond for his client. His construction staff Pat V, Joe, and Billy, were there for me every step in the process, always readily available to answer any of my annoying questions and concerns. They were always kind and knowledgeable and I’m extremely grateful for their support. Everyone I dealt with treated me more like a friend then a client. I’m also extremely grateful for Johanne in the Manorville sales office as she is a wonderful women who worked very hard to ensure every thing we asked for was taken care of. By the end of the construction process, Johanne was more of a friend to my wife and I. We will always be in her debt for everything she has done for us. Building a new home can be a long process, but with Campo Brothers, you are 100% in good hands. It is absolutely worth the wait as your home will be beautiful and well built as all teams involved really pay close attention to every detail, working hand in hand with the customer ensuring everything is built to your expectations. We really liked the model house and wanted to move forward but they are very rude and unprofessional. We decided to not move forward with their houses.
They built an amazing home for my family! The office staff was wonderful and always answered all of our questions promptly. The project manager was attentive to detail and we are very happy with the final product!
We had a Campo Brothers home built for us and from the very beginning it was a pleasant and professional experience. They made suggestions, freely offered options and were open to customizing to our liking. From Joanne, in the model, to the office staff, everyone was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned.
