I had a great experience overall with purchasing a home from Enchanted Construction. Thank you to my selling agent, Nick Allen, for working with me along the way and making the experience a smooth and pleasant one. Very friendly and easy to work alongside. Highly recommend their services. I have a beautiful home and have had no issues thus far.

As we embarked on the “new home build” process we kept coming back to the quality and design of Enchanted homes. When it came time to find a location to build our home, we searched the locations Enchanted was building at and found Bruce Harbor. We met Don Hazzard and he shared some wonderful ideas that we could do to further enhance our home. We fell more in love with the location and the design we selected. We appreciated the quality and care that went into each stage of our build. Our dream home is even better than we expected! We love it and couldn’t be happier!

I really do love my home. The floor plan is excellent and I love the colors that I chose. I only wished that the list of upgrades were presented in a more organized fashion. I do have a few problems that I have to contact the warranty dept. on. It is evident that some things are done very fast and reckless. My deadbolt strike plate is way off the hole that was made so when I went to change the deadbolt we realized the whole front door isn't hung correctly and had to be shimmed. The sod was laid with major gaps in it. Part of my trim package was kicked in to fit and now I don't know if I'll get that replaced. Part of my downspout is smashed to fit instead of installed correctly. This is problem. The home is very cozy and cute, but I think when a company builds this many homes it is hard to have quality work that would meet many expectations. So if you have very high expectations or can't fix some things yourself, they might not be for you. If you aren't very picky and want a cute, cozy home with a great floor plan and great colors to chose from then they are good.

No real issues with Construction, but the landscaping is a nightmare. The drainage ditches are such a eyesore. We probably have 30 houses on our Street off Bertha Burns Rd and Hwy 11 that have zero grass in the back and all mud pits. This is a year later. Anybody thinking of buying from this Contractor...ride down Bertha Burns Rd in Inman...and have a look at the backyards and drainage issues. I know several of the buyers have reached out but some have have spent Thoudands of dollars out of pocket on Regrading and Sod and seed.
