Called to find out if a used item I was considering buying was paid for in total by the seller. General Manager told me not to buy it. He then went to the sellers home 5 minutes later because of outstanding debt and told them I called thus causing personal trouble between myself and the seller. GM has ZERO tact and hung me out to dry with the seller. It's too bad because I bought my twins dressers in your store before and a wall mount for my TV and something else over the years. GM also called me back to apologize an hour later for his lack of tact but it was too little too late. You lost a customer that actually buys items instead of get them on credit. I tried to do my due diligence and you screwed me over. I will not darken your doorstep ever again.
I have been dealing with these guys for years
By far this business/location has been the best that I have done business with. I have been a customer since the day it was opened, and I am a repeat customer many times over. I recommend this business to everyone who asks about anything for their home. To the point that my daughter is also a customer. This great team of professionals go above and beyond with their customer service, always a good feeling when the customer walks away smiling. Kudos to this team for all they do for their customers and our community.
