Previously asked for a quote on a new build sent them plans never heard back , had a plugged sewer needed a plumber with 150ft snake as 100ft was not long enough Battle River Plumbing says they have one but because its 3:00 on a friday this very rude receptionist would not even ask anyone just says we wont come this late in the day not till monday now. Basically her attitude was you should of called us first, so to bad so sad

Called three times and no one ever returned my call although I was promised repeatedly that someone would! It must be nice not to need new customers. Not impressed!
When I was having problems with my water heater the workers were kind and patient with me. They did great work and fixed my problem in a prompt manner. I would definitely reccomend this company to friends or family. Fabulous staff. 10/10
