Best energy provider I had so far. First of all, their customer service is great. Very fast to reply and is very approachable. They will honestly answer any questions you throw at them. And they don’t overcharge you on your bills. I noticed their distribution charge is fair enough compared to other companies. Totally recommend them.
Camrose Energy has been fantastic to deal with since switching to their company for my power and gas. Denise came to meet with me right away to identify whether I would benefit with changing companies. They are very upfront and keep customers up to date on what is going on with respect to pricing and possible increases. Added bonus that local community benefits from them as well! Highly recommend the switch to anyone!!
In the past it was so frustrating to deal with a big corporate energy provider who didn't care about us.
