What an incredible hidden gem for rum connoisseurs, perhaps the best rum selection in Canada, definitely worth the jaunt from anywhere in Alberta. I found a long out of stock overProof trinidadian rum by plantation, 73%, and I’ve been nursing it and showing it off to fellow craft bartenders on the regular. It’s a must visit. Say hi to Dan for me, the man knows his stuff.
