I went to get a wire change and a cleaning. They did well, but the wait was HORRIBLE! It took 30 minutes of waiting before someone actually saw me, then when they took me to a chair, they did some things and just left. I waited in the chair for 45 minutes. There was no TV, no Gameboy, nothing to do. Just stare at the wall, and I didn't have my phone on me either. And it's not like they don't have enough dentists for all their patients, they have plenty. And this isn't the first time either. It's the third. I spent 2 hours and 30 minutes here, and threw away my entire afternoon.

Broke my tooth on the weekend called Monday, and scheduled in by Tuseday. Ended up needing a root canal. I am a big chicken, but Dr. Cha and his staff were amazing. I can not say enough good things about the care I received today! I will definitely change to Dr. Cha as my regular dentist!
I’ve been going to Dr Cha since I was a child, and that was a good 20 years ago now. I’ve had such great experiences at Duggan Dental, I now take my children to see him as well! They are always so welcoming and friendly.
I cannot Thank Dr. Cha and his staff enough for the most amazing care!! They’ve always been there for my family and truly shown genuine care and amazing work! They show each patient amazing respect and help with their dental care!
All the staff that I’ve met thus far are amazing! My son was so scared to go and they made him feel so comfortable and relaxed and were so good with him!
