I went to get my snowboard tuned at their service shop and filled out a form giving them my contact info as well as info about my board and was told it would be ready for me the following day. When i arrived i was informed that no work had been done on my board and that i would have to come back in 3 days when their machine was fixed. This didnt work for me as i had a trip planned for the 3rd day. I was not made aware of this and now i am scrambling to find a shop before i leave in 2 days.

I went there earlier and there was this cashier looked at me from head to toe. Hey Ms. Please be professional sometimes and don’t talk to your customers rudely. Her name is Jadia Greenwald, she was talking to me in a rude way of speech. Are you even highschool graduate to act so unprofessional and act in a wrong behaviour? Please don’t under estimate people by their color.
Bought some shoes, reasonable selection in store. Both women who helped me were speedy, kind and coordinated. Thank you.
Was looking at shoes and wanted to buy some this evening and 3 staff members walked by me and didnt ask if I needed help. I shouldn't have to ask. Aren't your employees suppose to great all customers?
