All the staff has been very helpful every time I have gone to this clinic. Once your paperwork is in and you have your initial appointment the follow up appointments are a breeze. The cannabis counselling is very helpful as well, especially for people new to the system or new to cannabis. The cannabis counselor will do most of your registration paperwork for you and they are very knowledgeable about medical cannabis. You can also call or e-mail anytime with questions or concerns. They are also covered by OHIP so it hasn't cost me a cent. It is well worth it in my opinion.

After 30 years of in and out of doctors offices and having to deal with doctors, nurses, receptionists, other patrons-in-pain in yet another wait room, and the life of manners, respect, and etiquette, I have to say that despite ANY anxieties or fears about visiting ANOTHER clinic, went out the window! The office may be simple, but it makes it less intimidating and claustrophobic, easy to maneuver directly from space to space without any confusion. The staff added to the atmosphere by being very calm and collective, clear in conversation, always making sure I understood anything discussed, as well as being very coherent and comprehensive to everything I said and asked. I was SO nervous about my first visit, because I thought, \here we go again!\, and then getting treated the way you would ask anyone treat you, with patience and kindness, humbleness and understanding, gave me the confidence that I RARELY find for myself in any health facility! By my second visit, it really felt like \home\ and look very forward to future visits! Since starting with CCC, I finally feel like there is hope! I have been able to get back on a bicycle again, done things this summer that I never thought I would have the physical and mental power to ever do again because of my pain and the side affects of any pharmaceutical medication I was on! Since MMJ, I have had the opportunity to have another try at life again! Thank YOU CCC!!!!

Nice people but could use improvements in service and atmosphere. The building needs work and if your hoping to make medical marijuana more mainline than pick a more upscale and professional building, less crowded space. Staff: The practitioner was late, the doctor was nice but the video conferencing was bad toward the end as it was breaking up. The counselor was polite, pleasant and informative.

What an unprofessional joke. First I filled out several intake forms, then a woman who doesn't speak English well enough to work in a medical setting took me to a room and asked me all the same questions I had just answered on the intake forms. Then I went to another waiting room before finally having a video call with the doctor, who appeared to be 16 years old and was sitting in a room filled with junk and his kids were screaming in the background the whole time. He then tells me they don't use CBD oil for insomnia which was the whole reason for my appointment. What an utter waste of my time. They shouldn't be able to bill OHIP for this nonsense. Find somewhere else! Btw, cannabis is totally amazing for insomnia. I have no idea how a supposed cannabis doctor doesn't know this! Very scary. Really unfortunate.
