The first year I used them to renew it was a wonderful experience. When I renewed my license this year over skype it has been nothing but problems. They gave me confusing false info, they don't understand the regulations they are working under as when I confronted them about false info they told me one employee denied it, while another apologised for the mistake. They have failed to take responsibility or even acknowledge how they're mistakes have created a huge amount of stress as well as incurring added costs, which is a big issue for someone on disability and a limited income. There are better, more professional clinics out there that understand the importance of their job and treat their clients with the respect and common decency they deserve

My wife has been to this clinic twice, once to get a prescription, and toady for a meeting with the Dorctor. All was great the first time. But today, her appointment was at 1:30 pm and as of 2:30pm, she is still sitting theire waiting. Finally got in just before 3pm...(did not see a Doctor in person but via Video Chat: that was not a problem, however. ) I can understand a long wait at Emergency at a Hospital but NOT at a clinic like this.

Very disappointed with this visit. The md did not focus on the reason for the referral and was short and kept cutting us off when we spoke. We had to wait for the md to have lunch before we were seen. We were on time for the appointment. Felt this was not a beneficial visit.

I've been there with my husband, everything went smooth and nice people and really good doctor. We went to see a lady who was the counselor, she was wearing a heavy make up and has colored he hair in different colors.and she was wearing a sleeveless and open top which we found inappropriate for a medical office.
