Totally unprofessional and no compassion service. Do no waste your time with them as they don't take the time to explain what is expected, very poor and lacking of education service for new patients. They rush, prescribe and move on next patients. After my horrible experience, I went to a different clinic and what a difference. As a mother I don't recommend this place for your child, they are extremely unprofessional and rude.

Save your time and go to a proper clinic like Apollo..... especially if you’re actually suffering from medical conditions. This place is garbage. I’d give it ZERO stars if I could :)

I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff is super friendly and nice. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I would give it more stars if I could!!

This place is not legitimate for medical purposes. I just gave them all my medical information and the place is not run properly. It’s similar to any dispensary on queen street where dr Bhati hands out scripts to anyone that walks in as long as they see you’re not a drug addict after the drug test they make you do. Files were to be sent with my medical document to an LP that they push you to use. They never did and documents I signed were all out of date although told it doesn’t matter. They also have this third party “councillor” who is really just a marketing guy for their LP of choice. He also pushes you to buy vaporizers from the local shop next door. Found out afterwards that you didn’t even need to talk to those jokers with canvasRX. Either way you won’t get your medical document. So you will suffer from whatever your referral was for. Anyways don’t waste your time you won’t get anywhere if you have a medical problem. Place is a joke and I’ll be letting my GP know to stop referrals. They are not necessary as there is no physical doctor. Do your research and you can actually set up a free appointment online with a doctor so you can avoid these idiots and not have to travel to a sketchy office.
