Everyone is great. From customer service, to reception, the doctors, and the consultants that help you choose what product is best for you, and what licensed provider would be the best fit. Everyone is always helpful, and knowledgable. If you're new to medical marijuana, or dissatisfied with your current clinic, I highly recommend Canadian Cannabis Clinics.

I went to the Clinic in Ottawa for the first time in December 2019. The services were exceptional, very professional and very good advice from the counsellor. I have been taking medical cannabis since for osteo-arthritis and it has been like a miracle for me. I still have pain sometimes, but not like before. I was getting cortisone shots prior to December 2019 which I started in 2013 and it did not relieve my pain. Sometimes I would come out of the doctor's office still in pain and the following days no change. I heard from my sister-in-law of a lady who was prescribed cannabis for her back pain and I spoke to my family doctor about it. He then transferred my info. to the clinic in Ottawa. The phone appointments due to the COVID-19 are very good and they give me my next year's appointment right away. As I live on the Quebec side, they send me by e-mail the proper form to send to the RAMQ which is signed by the doctor with whom I spoke on the telephone. Very good follow-up and the young girl who called me to ensure that everything was OK spoke to me in French (my first language) and was very nice. Only good words about the Canadian Cannabis Clinic.
