Zero stars. They claim to deliver to your home. The first time I tried this, the owner rang the buzzer of my highrise apartment--and then followed another tenant in before I could answer. I assumed the bell was out of order, went down 16 flights to let him in...as he arrived upstairs. When I finally got back he was very ungracious and made it seem that it was my fault that this happened, when all he'd had to do was wait to let me buzz him in. I ordered another delivery three months later, paid in advance, and received a phone call on the delivery date stating that he wasn't going to deliver here despite my having paid for it. That 'this was his decision, not the staff's." He also recommended that I not shop there any more. I am more than happy to go elsewhere and make sure that you do the same. While the staff is nice, the owner is unprofessional and very rude. There is better selection and better service at Ren's Pet Depot. I just hope that I get my money refunded.
