I have been using this butcher for years. Apart from the excellent service and experience, its the totally consistent and constant quality that does it for me. They will prepare any cut of meat you need from virtually any kind of local animal. It's a family business and most of the produce is reared and butchered by them. Maybe a bit more expensive than other establishments, but worth every penny.
