I have been getting my nails done at Candlewood Day Spa for years. The entire staff is extremely professional and kind. The owner, Charlie, runs a very clean and welcoming spa. I have always been happy with every service I have received and can rely on consistently fantastic services, especially gel manicures and pedicures. I recommend making an appointment on weekends.

Just left from having a couples massage and I will say it was the worst expeirence I have ever had! Firstly I have scratch marks all across the back of my neck from the massage therapist digging her nails in to me. When this was brought to the front desk attention it was completely disregarded and request for payment proceeded. Iwas cringing under her touch the majority of the time because her pressure was so deep, she was digging her elbows all the way up and down my spine, and still even after asking to go lighter was using very deep work. Very unaware of any endangerment sites for massage as she was going extremely deep on the back of my knee which contains arteries and nerves. Both therapists were talking and giggling to each other through out the session, being extremely loud while getting hot stones and towels which was far from relaxing! This is my second time here trying to give them another shot and I will NEVER be returning! Not worth the money or the pain.
I used to love this spa. However, just recently Ive been noticing things that ruin the experience for me. I was getting my nails done and the woman next to me was talking on her phone the whole time. Not very relaxing, when all I wanted to do is relax. I wish they were a little stricter. Its a beautiful place to pamper yourself, except that its terrible that other patrons ruin it.
I went to this nail salon and had to worst experience ever. The lady who was doing my nails did such a terrible job and when I said politely to fix it she got kinda mad and \fixed it\ my nail chipped after 3 days and that never happened to me with a dip powder. Very poor quality, not professional and poor communication.
I love Candlewood Day Spa! Every time I leave I get compliments on how great my hair looks. Andy is a magician and the manager has always been friendly and helpful to me. Highly recommend!
