It was a great experience,one of the best I had till date. They have well trained staff, and are very good with hospitality also. I had a very relaxing time and would like to visit in my next trip too. Highly recommend.

The massage was quite average..I went for a 60 minute deep tissue massage..place is over priced..2500 is not worth for their massage..towels were not clean..even the fresh towels given for bath were smelling of oil.. I don't recommend it to anyone for this much price

We were having a very bad day, and we saw the benches free in front of the salon and sat there for an hour and sorted out our stuff. And during the time the staff were very hospitable and offered us beverages. This made us panic a little less.

It is located straight opposite to vivanta by Taj.. Ambience was okay okay.. not as expected.. But they take care of the customers very well.. Specially the guys in reception understands your need and suggests which service suites you well.. Had nice Balinese therapy massage with sauna.. The masseuse assigned for me gave me a nice pressure on joints and made me feel relaxed.. But my wife & friends complained that the masseuse assigned to them didn't give enough pressure and they didn't feel the complete relaxation..

Good service and great attitude! Affordable than the spa at nearby Taj resorts. Maintained hygiene too. Opt for the longer duration of massage because you are surely going to ask for more. Keep it up!

The best Swedish massage I have ever had. Good and clean, though the sauna and shower may be smaller than what you'd expect. But well worth it
