This is more of secluded privacy kind of stay for long term people. Only down fall is the horrible cell reception I get. I have to keep my phone near the window. They have laundry mat with two washers and two dryers, but they are outdated and sometimes take your money. However you can call them and they’ll give your money back or whatever you lost. I have seen it get out of hand with some other people leaving there. Meaning they were drunk and into it, but since the last couple incident those people have moved out. All the neighbors in my area are very nice and friendly.

Very spacious and beautiful out here. The owner and his assistant are very friendly and will literally give you the shirts off their backs. They patrol and maintain the area really well and they don't allow party's or riff Raff in the park so it's family friendly here. Every interaction with the owner has been above and beyond our greatest expectations and last but not least, their monthly rates are the highest value we've seen. My wife and my kids and I are so happy here and will definitely return whenever we visit family in Tuscaloosa. Side note we drive a 29 ft motorhome and we had plenty of space.

We lived at this park for several months, and enjoyed it. Mostly great people. They don't keep the place up real well - grass isn't mowed regularly, and things are getting run down. But it has been a beautiful place. The pictures aren't all true, though. The ones with mountains in them aren't real! The rest are. Overall our experience was good.
Very Nice spacious campsites, plenty of shade. Owner an manager on site at least one of them 24/7... They keep a good standing crowd of campers here and are always around to watch over all of this place .. Disturbances are delt with quickly an quietly, so you will see those people who have not been able to stay because of there own actions .. putting negative feedback on here... My Son and I have our families with us as we travel work, and have much enjoyed our 4 month stay here... an hope to be back soon.....
