The staff in reception and in the restaurant are all very friendly and accommodating. The public areas are all very clean and updated. The setting is very tranquil as it is set in a gorge surrounded by beautiful mountains. When you step outside behind the hotel you are treated with the sounds of the Aragon River below you at the bottom of the gorge. Also saw beautiful lizards and butterflies while hearing the cow bells somewhere across the gorge. Covid-19 protocols are in place and enforced. Masks are worn at all times by staff and guests, hand sanitizer is available and there is frequent disinfecting in the dining room area. At breakfast you are limited with how much you can serve yourself and the rest is served by staff. Plastic gloves are provided for those limited self-serve items. It was a lovely place to stay, especially given the very reasonable pricing.

Stopped here after a long days biking. The hotel is in a magnificent position, it's a bit out of can franc so nice and peaceful. We ate in the restaurant really good food and I think around 20 euros for 3 courses. Rooms were great and not expensive. Would recommend
It's a great place in the middle of nowhere but at walking distance (30 minutes) from Canfranc where you can find almost anything you may want. The personnel is super kind, always ready to help.
Awesome. Comfortable rooms, great spa, excellent restaurant, wildly creative decor and furniture in common areas, yet understated, cosy and comfortable. The hotel is set back and downhill from the highway, and overlooks a river winding between steep jagged peaks -- beautiful. There is a smoke terrace, super comfortable reading rooms, one inside one outside with heat lamps and blankets. A comfortable bar and efficient front desk. Covered parking is first come first serve. The ski shuttle stops nearby, or a very short drive. On the drive up from Jaca you pass the soon to open Estacion de Canfranc - impressive!
We have visited Santa Cristina on multiple occasions, most recently to celebrate our wedding! This hotel is a real gem - full of character in a unique and beautiful setting, at a cost that is very reasonable. The rooms are very comfortable, and the food in the restaurant is always delicious (also at an affordable price). We love to go to the spa after a day's skiing, and it's really helpful having ski storage at the hotel also. Most importantly though is the staff, who have always been incredibly friendly and eager to help make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel;- we ourselves will certainly be back at some stage to say hello to old friends :)
A very nice hotel that used lots of wood in its interior. A good starting point for mountain walks.
The hotel is wonderful in a beautiful place in the mountains. I visited it with my family and we were really satisfied with the amenities that this hotel offers not just for adults but also for children. It has a play area for children. The restaurant is really good for lunch and dinner. Very convenient and worth dinning there.
My husband and I were able to miraculously arrive just before high season, and had an excellent stay here. We wished we had planned to stay longer but had already booked hotels elsewhere along our journey and had to leave too soon; this would have been the perfect place to start to unwind longer, as we had just started our journey. The place was quiet when we stayed, staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Food and wine choices were excellent and worth it. The spa we somehow managed to get all to ourselves. We absolutely loved the way the hotel was set up from the inside lobby areas and with rooms flowing one to another indoor and out to the back. It has a beautiful backdrop and area in and near the Pyrenees. And service by staff was very commendable, and unlike many places we have been in Spain already. We will be planning to go back again. This is on our 'keep and return' list.
