Adel from Partsroom was able to help me figure out the part number and got the item drop shipped to us directly from their vendor as we needed the part as quickly as possible. We just are about to open our first cannabis location in Hamilton Ontario (GigglesCannabis.ca) and we are so thankful to the people at CanLift for the over and above service they provided us. The exterior of our building has Transformed into a thing of beauty. The sky Jack they provided at an unbelievable rate allowed us to save on expenses and time with there superior delivery service. I purchased a Telahandler and got a different one delivered. The lift I got needs lots of wires fixed, tires replaced, and a few cylinders are leaking down. None of this was needed as per the discussions. On the unit I was looking at in the many pictures and questions I asked. Plus Canlift certified it before shipping it to me in Washington state. How, it wasn't even holding the forks steady for more than 5 minutes. The ECU constantly flashing. They Promised to help and take care of it, only did a little phone and text message help, offered some money to help, then never got back to me. Be warned they seam nice and pleasant, but if you need help that costs them money! You are on your own.
