Our family of five had an excellent 3-night stay here! Very clean, beautifully appointed condo, we had everything we needed. COVID restrictions allows guests to book the pool or the hot tub for one 30-min slot per day. Staff are very friendly and helpful, will definitely stay here again when coming to Canmore!

An exceptional vacation property with nice amenities. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. BBQ area with high end grills. Heated pool possibly the largest hotel pool in town and two hot tubs. Underground parking for free. Location is three minutes by car to downtown or a nice walk on the paved trails. Easy access to everything. Amazing staff - so friendly!

Very comfortable bed and clean rooms. Love this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Staff are great, and the outdoor pool and hot tub are a treat. Underground, heated parking with a complimentary car wash. Was disappointed to see only Tesla chargers though. At least there are wall plugs to use, but would be way better with chargers for all other EVs out there.

Can say enough about how much we love vacationing here. The resort staff are friendly, helpfully to all members of the family. Like when your kids call multiple times through the day to see how many people were at the pool. :) Felt safe at the resort during Covid. They have all the safety precautions to maintain distancing. If you require additional items in your room (bedding, towels, kitchen items) they were all brought to the room in a plastic bag. Each guest, if they wished, would be given a container of wipes to use well at the resort to wipe down an areas they wished. Even through the staff was wiping down high traffic area this additional safety precaution was appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and views are wonderful. The location is great for getting into downtown and always getting out of town to head to the trails.

Enjoyed the rooms and the amenities. The layout was what we are looking for our retirement downsize. Canmore is a great place for its beauty and community feel. Thanks for a great stay

They send emails asking you to stay an extra night and offer a discount if you do but when you go and try to extend your stay they claim they don't have availability but when we searched on Expedia and Air B n B for another place to stay we saw availability at Blackstone. Then the morning of our checkout we received a call saying they have a room now- we didn't feel valued or treated as a wanted guest..we were left feeling like we were getting whatever they had left over to give us.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The service lady Ash was extremely polite and helpful. Room service was speedy and accurate. The hot tubs are a must on cold nights. Would highly recommend staying here for your next stay. Price was also good.
