Very unhelpful staff specially TERRA was very very rude and annoying lady. She seems not interested in her job and treating customers like servants. Would recommend try talking to a senior rather wasting your time with junior staff because they actually have no knowledge of their job. If Ms Terra is unhappy with her job she should think quitting it so anyone more interested should apply and give good customer service and be helpful and knowledgeable. Very disappointed with their customer service.

I had excellent and courteous service. Booked my taxi license and wrote following day. Tara was efficient and excellent to deal with.
This place is hit or miss, but definitely I'm sure they get away with a lot for example, who sends out info that cars where impounded! I hope phone calls a recorded so we can prove, that the place is not properly managed inside
