The clothes are lovely; however, the return policy is restrictive. I wanted to EXCHANGE an unworn top for the same in another colour. But they refused and stated that their policy is that there are no returns allowed after 30 days AND the tags must still be on. Poor customer relations.

There are many reasons to visit Canmore. Stopping at Charisma Collections is one of them. They have an awesome collection of Sympli the Best as well as other lines that would work for all ages but are very much appreciated by those who are looking for chic, professional as well as comfortable clothing. Plus, the women working at the store are lovely!
My wife loves this store, the clothing is great quality, amazing service and my wife always looks good when she has been shopping here. If you are looking for a gift for your wife/partner, these ladies will hep you find the right clothing/scarf or piece of jewelry. Highly recommended
Awesome boutique. If you are looking for unique beautiful outfits, this is the place to go! Great jewelry too! Sympli is the best brand for comfort while looking professional. I always get lots of compliments when I wear it! Super comfy!
