My experience with Lockwood Autobody was an extremely positive one! From receiving a fair quote, to ordering the part, booking me in and having my car ready in a timely manner (with it cleaned inside & out - that was a lovely surprise). I got my front bumper fixed and was very happy with the workmanship. Very good customer service. I would recommend anyone looking for repairs to stay local and come and see these guys! My car had rust appear five years after it was painted. Lockwood admitted fault and fixed right away at no cost and again looks brand new. Very courteous and friendly. They deserve the 5 Out of 5.
Kristie and Darrel took me under their wing and dealt with insurance, repairs, vehicle hire - all with a smile. It is great to have such friendly professional service here in town. Totally recommended.
