I was worried as a student, moving to Canmore on my own that I wouldn't be able to find a great mechanic shop like the one I had back home but S&S is definitely the best. I have taken all of my vehicles here since moving back out west and have never had a problem with anything. When my BMW broke down, other shops quoted me thousands saying that I needed to take my car to them, but S&S told me that the car wasn't worth fixing and that the money would better be spent on getting a more reliable car. This shows these guys are honest mechanics (didn't try to get me to spend more money on a car that would likely have more troubles) and since getting another car, I have had it solely serviced with them. By far the best shop in Canmore!

Steve and his team provide the best service I have ever received from any automotive repair and maintenance shop. I have owned some old vehicles over the years so it is always been important to have a mechanic I can really trust. S&S Custom Automotive is the real deal!
I had an issue with my vehicle and went to S&S custom auto to get it checked out. They put it on the scan tool and did everything they could to help. Because of the specific issue I had to bring the vehicle to the dealership but the staff at S & S were amazing. I would have preferred they did the work over the dealership. Dealership service is garbage compared to the service at S&S!
Exceptional customer service and quality work. Over all a five star experience every time, that does not break the bank.
Hard to get an appointment but there's a reason for it: great and honest service everytime!
