Staff are friendly and polite. I went here to take my son's passport picture and the manager was very patient, nice and friendly while he took my son's pictures. It is always challenging to take photos of a 5 years old because we usually smile when we take a picture, but he may not smile, he needs to stand up straight, and he may not move for a while for a passport photo. Unfortunately, the Passport Program rejected my son's photos because we could see a little bit of his teeth on the photos, so the manager took my son's photos again free of charge. I thought that I had to pay, but I was told free of charge to retake the passport photo. I really appreciate this kind of service!

The Invermere Shoppers has good communication and a great pharmacy, but could be cleaner. We were genuinely welcomed by the cosmetic counter team member, and proceeded to have a similarly friendly experience at the pharmacy. Unfortunately, the floor plan was disorganized, their sanitizer bottles were quite dirty and clogged, and other team members seemed bored.
Shoppers Canmore increased the prices of Passports Photo and they dont warn that they dont offer the service. I wasted my time and money today.
Patrycja, Echo, Mike, Jasmin, Scott and the other Scott are always ready to help. Only complain is the bathroom that could be a bit cleaner.
I’d have to say that the service is nothing short of amazing. Charlie in the Boutique has sort me me out so many times! Her product knowledge and fun friendly service is always looked forward to! Also, Scott in the Pharmacy is just as amazing! I will shop nowhere else for skin products and pharmacy needs. Thank you Shoppers!
