Called them to have them come give me a quote on replacing an outdoor AC unit. Quoted me at 10,000 for a single outside AC unit for a 1,000 sq ft home. That's way too much for just an AC unit. Had another company quote me half of that for both an outdoor AC unit and a furnace. Unless you have extremely deep pockets and don't mind overpaying by a lot I would avoid this company.

Once a year, we pay one fee (less than 150.00) for general maintenance every 6 months to our heating unit in the fall and to our cooling unit in the spring. If a part needs to be replaced during those maintenance checks, it is taken care of at that time. The maintenance people are always helpful and professional. They explain exactly what they have done and if they suggest replacing a part, they explain why and the cost (and what the cost might be if we don't replace the part when they suggest replacing it because it could cause more damage).
