I researched and visited over 10 apartment complexes in the San Jose area before choosing Cannery Park. Not only are the amenities and space here the best for the money, Michelle and the staff have gone above and beyond in the few months we've lived here. In 3 months, I have witnessed the hallway carpets steam cleaned 3 times, and although I only had 2 minor maintenance requests so far, they were both resolved within an hour of submission. People here are nice, and it's dog friendly with a park next to the building and walking distance to all Japantown restaurants. I've seen a couple reviews on walls being thin, and I'm on the first floor and have never had an issue with neighbors above or to either side. Overall, the upkeep here has been nonstop with the maintenance team and Michelle, Matthew, and the rest of the front office are as nice as they come! Highly recommend.

Cannery Park is a beautiful complex! The staff in the front office couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful if they tried. We are in our second year of living here and have had no problems to speak of. Any maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hours. And that’s right down to changing out light bulbs! There is a great dog park, pool, gym, and two rooms that you can reserve for parties or meetings. One opens out to the pool, and both have kitchen facilities. There is secure parking, and have not seen any of the same issues other secure lots have had. It’s a bit pricy, but with all the great amenities worth it. (Unfortunately COVID has put the kibosh on using most of them for now).
Cannery is great, it’s super clean, and it’s well maintained. My favorite part is how friendly the Leasing Office staff is. Michelle is amazing! She’s so professional and handles any issues promptly and is seriously so nice.
The place is well built, and the service team is good. However, my overall staying experience was not as good, because unit 4079 frequently plays loud music late night. Sometimes the music kicks in when you are working on projects in the afternoon. Advice: Do not rent a unit next to 4079.
I was very impressed with the leasing office staff. They were very friendly and helpful answering our questions and showing around. Maya was our leasing agent and she was very professional and quick to respond. The apartment complex is new, has nice amenities, is clean and has a friendly environment!
