We have had a great experience here at Cannery Row. We moved in about two months ago and the folks running the place were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Adam is very prompt and great about following up on maintenance requests. Overall, the building is in great condition and cleaned weekly! We heard the parking was tight on the street so pay the extra 20 for a spot and never worry about parking. The dog wash is also really awesome to use as well.

We just moved back from Bend to the valley, and have been EXTREMELY impressed with the Cannery Row Apartments and management! Great communication, easy “contactless” move-in, and smooth transition. Our specific apartment is SUPER quiet - not sure I’d we even have neighbors, in any direction, haha! We have two little pups who are very happy here as well - plenty of space to walk and do their business. The area is wonderful as well - coffee shops, breweries, restraints, shopping, banks - basically everything you could need is within walking distance. Very happy at Cannery Row, and we highly recommend it!

Horrible first impression with Cannery Row. When we were looking at them online, we really loved them and thought they would be our next home. Multiple calls and emails later, we finally got a reply from the community manager, Nicole. She told us there was an apartment available in the floor plan that we wanted and we could do a self-guided tour. The next day, when we were supposed to do the tour, we found out the apartment had been rented to someone else, but we would still be allowed to view it. When we arrived at the property, we realized we had no idea where to park....couldn't find any \future resident\ spaces that you see at most apartment complexes. After we found a spot, we punched the code in to try to enter the building, but it buzzed another apartment and we couldn't get in. Calls to the office number went unanswered, so we left extremely disappointed. Nicole eventually answered and apologized. She said we could try again, but our patience with this place has worn out....not worth any more frustration.
