Have enjoyed our time at Cannery Square apartments. Rented for 2 years. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to Rails to Trails and the downtown area, also quick access to Route 50. Apartment was nicely laid out with the space that we needed. Owners were very responsive when we needed anything.

As we all know every apartment has its pros and cons. With this apartment it’s more cons than pros. First, you can not get a tour of the apartment until the day you move in. You never know what to expect. The descriptions says fireplace, washer/dryer, self-cleaning stove, and dishwasher. Yes! All this is included but the amenities are old. Fire place is not updated - not attracting at all. The bookshelve is nice, I seen it in a neighbors apartment. We had a problem in our apartment and the maintenance man fixed the problem. However, he stated that he remember installing some of these amenities when John F. Kennedy became president. Talk about needing an update! The monthly rent rate went up and it’s not worth it at all. I would say if these apartments was in another area, it wouldn’t be worth much. Probably would be income based as well. I Do Love and enjoy how peaceful the neighborhood is. I’ve never witness any drama or days when the police needed to be called. Some advice to the owners- please update the units, take up that old carpet install new carpet, the washer and dryer looks fairly new. Dishwasher works fine, refrigerator is very old looking and the oven, I can heat a pizza in like 5 minutes. It’s very fast at getting hot and baking food. The maintenance men do a good job with responding with problems. It’s not so easy to communicate with the Lanlord before she’s responding back to you like your slow and don’t know how to work things. Out of date apartments. Don't expect deposit back. Close to rails to trails and downtown. There are not many housing options for young professionals in Easton (likely because there aren't many young professionals...), but I would look somewhere else first (like the apartment building downtown).
