This is the most unorganized, unhelpful, establishment I have ever dealt with. Every encounter that I have had with them has been bad. Most of the staff I've talked to are rude and have no idea what they are doing. They are closed more than they are open. I am a dependent, so I am still not sure of how every process works through TriCare or just on base in general. I work in healthcare so I try to be understanding when it comes to certain things. But no, this is the norm when dealing with this facility. Something needs to change. Would definitely rate with 0 stars if possible.

I called the optometry line about 10 times today. They didn’t pick up a single time, so I then called the family health line to verify the phone number I was calling was correct and it was. Perturbed, I asked why they hadn’t been picking up and the woman on the family health line exclaimed “Oh, they won’t pick up if they have a customer at the window, you may need to just come in.” I waited around 15 minutes then called again to no avail, I called 10 times over a 3 hour long period and they hadn’t picked up once. All I needed was a fax with my eyeglasses prescription sent out. The customer service here is the worst out of any establishment I have ever dealt with.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely the worst medical experience I've ever had in 17 years of military service. I'm sick of paying out of my own pocket to see capable doctors when I have an insurance provider and a medical clinic across the street from me. Unfortunately they are so ill equipped, uneducated, and misinformed that it is not worth my health. The commander should be ashamed of himself.

There is little to no communication with the off base referrals, and paper work is constantly being lost. Getting any appointment for the wife is near impossible. A really nice building.... but the customer service is horrible/ non-existent

They messed up my referral so many times it caused me to miss my last 3 baby wellness appointments. Im due in 3 weeks and haven't been seen by a doctor in 2.5 months due to their negligence. No one will call you back either.
