What an absolute shower this company is, it's difficult to know where to start. Take my advise and never buy a Canon product because if it breaks you will not be able to get it repaired.
Used the service centre twice now for camera/lens repair. Professional and efficient. Repairs were carried out perfectly and in the time frame given by Canon.
