Thrive management and maintenance team are fantastic and efficient. Since Thrive communities bought out Canopy Apartments (Formerly Colby Creek Apartments) this community has been a much nicer place to live. Keep up the good work Thrive!

My original stove was not working properly (it was still working just not optimally). Luis M. came and looked at it and said it needed to be replaced. Luis looked to see if they had a replacement model, but they did not. He said that there was another unit opening up, that had a newer mode, l that he would bring over in a couple of days. Luis apologized for not being able to get a brand new one but those are going into the remodeled units. Only makes sense that the new stuff goes into the newly remodeled units. At least to me. Anyway thank you Luis for the hard work you do. (Luis gets a 10) Ok so the question above was how likely am I to recommend Colby Creek. I gave a 7 only because the property change hands last year and I haven't had much interaction with the new managers. They seem to be doing better than the last owners.
Colby Creek has been amazing, the maintenance guys are fast on repairs, extremely respectful, and know what the are doing. The staff in the office are also great. They return calls immediately and are on top of their game.
WORST APARTMENTS!!! I AM FED UP AND TIRED OF THIS PLACE. Management continues to ignore my complaints about neighbors being loud and partying every night. Ive called cops, security and everything, these apartments are a joke...
