LOVED living here!!! The people at the office, Belinda, Brad, and I forgot another employee there, but they were all AMAZING. They will help you with whatever they can to get where you need to be. Never had any problems, maybe 1 or 2 but those were easy fix because the maintenance would always get there quick. I heard about this place a decade ago, moved there a few years ago, best decision I've ever made. They know how to take care of their residence. I recommended a friend here and he's now a resident. I've had several friends came over and they love it. You will not be disappointed, and everything there is upgraded inside and out!

So far it’s been great, we just spent our first night here, I’ll keep updating this as we stay here. Update: Okay, so our 3rd night here our air conditioning went out, but it was completely our fault, we left the temperature at like 45 degrees on accident, and the air-conditioning unit froze up. So it’s around 7:30pm and the office is closed so we call the emergency maintenance phone number they provided for us. Within 5min the guy was there, and they had it fixed by 8:30am the next day. 5 star costumer service!

Don’t even waste your time here. Management is really terrible, they do not care about residents, they are negligent. Save your time and money, do not make a huge mistake and leasing here

Jada was super helpful with me she has a lot of patience. I didn’t even end up renting a unit with them for personal reasons but she was the most willing to help and always had a great attitude compared to other apartments in that area! I was extremely grateful for her professionalism and people like her always leave a great impression to me and a positive Review is a must. She’s super sweet and courteous and she made sure I was happy through the whole process. Thank you Jada! You’re amazing!

0 STARS!!!! I'M CURRENTLY RENTING HERE AND I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE OVER WITH SO I CAN GET OUT OF THERE. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. MY A/C BROKE DOWN 3 TIMES IN A 3 WEEK PERIOD BEFORE THEY FINALLY REPLACED IT, IN ONE OF THE INCIDENTS I WAS WITHOUT ANY A/C FOR 3 DAYS WHEN IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE MAKING THE INSIDE HOTTER. THERE ARE NO FANS SO I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO GET SOME UNTIL THEY FIXED MY A/C!!!! SO I HAD TO PURCHASE THESE OUT OF MY OWN POCKET FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT MY FAULT. SO AFTER THEY REPLACE THE A/C I WAS LEFT WITH HOLES IN MY WALLS COVERED WITH TAPE. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND THEY ARE YET TO FIX THE HOLES. MY BATHROOM IT FILLED WITH MOLD THAT WAS JUST PAINTED OVER, THE RESURFACED IT AT MOVE BECAUSE IT WAS REALLY BAD WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN, SO I HAD TO LEAVE MY HOME I HAD JUST MOVED IN FOR A DAY AND COULD NOT USED THE BATH FOR 2 DAYS. THEY DID A POOR PISS JOB OR RESURFACING AND I PUT IN A WORK ORDER TWICE ABOUT THEM RESURFACING MY BATHROOM BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THE TUB IS RUSTING AWAY AND THERE IS MOLD EVERYWHERE. THE PLACE IS OUTDATED THE PAINT IN THE KITCHEN IS STICKY AND THE CABINET DOORS STICK. THERE IS GREEN MOLD EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE. THEY RECENTLY SENT AN ORDER SAYING TO MOVE EVERYTHING FROM THE CHIMNEY BECAUSE THEY WERE GOING TO INSPECT THEM WELL ITS BEEN WELL OVER A WEEK AND THEY ARE YET TO LET US KNOW IF THEY'VE ALREADY CHECKED OUR PLACE OR NOT. HONESTLY PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND STRESS. BECAUSE THEY ARE CONSTANTLY UP-CHARGING FOR ANYTHING SO PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
