I bought a canopy from this establishment about a year ago for my 2017 GMC Sierra. Recently, I had an issue with my truck and the diagnosis determined the issue was caused by the canopy brake light wiring. After all was said and done, I ended up with a 900 bill from the dealership. I emailed the canopy store looking for some sort of compensation and received a phone call from the owner within half a day. He was very apologetic and explained that he has never heard of this kind of issue but was more than willing to cover half the bill for the inconvenience and frustration I experienced. I am beyond mind blown with the amazing customer service I have received. He really didn't have any obligation to compensate me in any way as it is a standard practice for wiring a canopy. It just so happens that it isn't a great method to use with my make and model of vehicle. We all talk more about the negative experiences we have over the positive ones so I wanted to make sure I put this out there. If you're ever in need a of a canopy, I highly suggest this place. Not only is the customer service awesome, the prices are competitive as well.
